2023 Annual CPDA Meeting 

Please use the form below to register for the upcoming annual meeting and to submit payment for the registration fee online. You may contact Cara Strazzo with CPDA directly at 541-915-9807 if you have any questions. The form below allows for one registration submittal at a time. Upon submitting the registration you will receive an emailed receipt and a link for the discounted hotel room rate. Please note your meeting registration does not include your hotel stay. Each much be booked separately.

Fees listed below are per person and include attendance to all meeting programming.  

Member Fee: $  975.00 per registration (plus 3.5% credit card fee)
Non-Member Fee: $  1,399.00 per registration (plus 3.5% credit card fee)
