Matt started his career at Monsanto working on some of the world’s first glyphosate resistant weeds and went on to conduct field applied research in cotton seed treatments, and dicamba before switching to a business facing role as the acetochlor brands technical product manager. Matt then went to work for Syngenta in both regional and global R&D roles prior to joining Precision Laboratories, a leading manufacturer of high quality tank mix adjuvants. 

Matt spent seven years at Precision Laboratories in Product Management, Marketing and Business Development before acting as General Manager.  Matt joined Croda six months ago as the Head of Sales for Crop North America and his happy to participate on this panel.
