Andrew Walmsley is Senior Vice President of Government & Industry Affairs at Atticus, where he leads the company’s engagement on public policy, government affairs and industry issues affecting U.S. agriculture and the crop protection industry.
Prior to joining Atticus, Andrew served as Vice President of Government Relations for the Council of Producers & Distributors of Agrotechnology (CPDA), where he led the association’s federal and state advocacy efforts and represented its members before Congress, the Administration and federal agencies.
Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience in agricultural policy and government affairs. Before joining CPDA, he spent nearly 18 years with the American Farm Bureau Federation and Florida Farm Bureau Federation, working on legislative, regulatory and trade policy affecting farmers and the broader agricultural industry.
A sixth-generation Floridian, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Operations Management from the University of Florida.
