2026 Annual CPDA Meeting
Please use the form below to register for the upcoming annual meeting and to submit payment for the registration fee online. The form below allows for one registration submittal at a time. Upon submitting the registration, you will receive an emailed receipt and a link for the discounted hotel room rate. Please note your meeting registration does not include your hotel stay. Each much be booked separately.
Fees listed are per person and include attendance to all meeting programming listed in our agenda.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted and registration fees are refunded if notice is received by September 1, 2026. If notice is given after September 1, no refunds will be granted; however, substitutions are welcome.

Registration Policy
Registration for the co-located event is completed through one organization — TFI, CPDA, or CLA — which becomes the attendee’s primary event. All registered attendees, regardless of primary organization, will have access to shared co-located programming, including the Monday and Tuesday joint receptions and the Tuesday joint breakfast and General Session. Organization-specific sessions, workshops, and meetings remain reserved for attendees registered under that organization and may be invite-only; access is monitored by badge type. Attendees wishing to fully participate in another organization’s programming may need to obtain an upgraded registration or receive explicit approval or invitation from the hosting organization. Every attendee must always wear their event badge, as it determines access to sessions and event functions at the Hilton Anatole. Registrations are not considered official until payment is received, and a final attendee list will be shared with registered and paid attendees only.
