How do I submit an adjuvant product for CPDA certification?

What Documentation is required?
     For all submissions-
          - Product Label
          - SDS
          - Summary of toxicity studies – products will have had a minimum of acute dermal toxicity, oral toxicity & eye irritation studies.
     Additional documentation for the following-
         - Hazardous materials - If an ingredient(s) on the SDS is identified as a “hazardous chemical” under OSHA, an inhalation and skin irritation 
              and/or skin corrosion studies are required. 
         - Aquatic Applications -  If a product label includes aquatic applications, an aquatic toxicity study is required.

Summary of toxicity studies – An applying product will have had a minimum of acute dermal toxicity, oral toxicity and eye irritation studies.

For certain submissions only:

Hazardous materials – If any ingredient on the SDS is identified as a “hazardous chemical” under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, an inhalation and skin irritation and/or skin corrosion studies are required.

Aquatic Applications-  If a product label includes a recommendation for use in aquatic applications, then an aquatic toxicity study is required.
