The public comment period for EPA’s updated “Draft Guidance for Plant Regulator Products and Claims, Including Plant Biostimulants,” closes on December 30, 2020. The updated guidance was announced by EPA on November 24, 2020 and published in the Federal Register on November 30, 2020. FY 2021 Annual Maintenance Fee Payments Under FIFRA Are Due on January 15, 2021

EPA has updated its web site with the forms and information necessary for payment of annual maintenance fees under FIFRA which are due on January 15, 2021. All active or suspended product registrations in effect as of October 1, 2020 are subject to annual maintenance fees for FY 2021.
