Dear CPDA Member,

I am forwarding to you an announcement from CLA regarding postponement of the Spring Regulatory Conference originally scheduled for April 22-24, 2020.  CPDA is collaborating with CLA on the Regulatory Conference which includes several breakout sessions organized by CPDA.  In addition, we were planning an on-site Joint Inerts Steering Committee meeting prior to the start of the conference.  

CPDA members are allowed to register for the conference at member rates.  Please note that the CLA announcement on the Regulatory Conference as shown below states:

Once the new dates are confirmed, we will make the announcement through our website and emails to you. We hope that you will be able to attend the conference once the new dates are identified. We will transfer existing registrations to the new date. However, should you decide to cancel your registration for a full refund, please email us at scireg@croplifeamerica.org.

The following is an update on the CLA-RISE Spring Regulatory Conference scheduled for April 22-24, 2020, from an earlier announcement attached below:

We are continuing to closely monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and are actively following the guidance of the Governor of Virginia, U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO).  After a careful review of the most recent guidance from state and federal authorities concerning COVID-19, our team has decided to postpone the 2020 CLA-RISE Regulatory Conference.

We are working closely with the hotel and organizers to find and select a suitable date later this year. We hope to keep the same agenda, format and hotel/location. Once the new dates are confirmed, we will make the announcement through our website and emails to you. We hope that you will be able to attend the conference once the new dates are identified. We will transfer existing registrations to the new date. However, should you decide to cancel your registration for a full refund, please email us at scireg@croplifeamerica.org.
