CPDA Members and Partners,
We need your support to amplify a critical Call to Action for America’s farmers—one that directly impacts their ability to access the crop protection tools essential to modern agriculture.
CPDA is working closely with CropLife America and other coalition partners in response to the growing Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement. As you may know, President Trump issued an Executive Order in February establishing the MAHA Commission, which is expected to release its initial recommendations by May 24.
We are mobilizing to ensure the Commission’s work reflects sound science and risk-based decision-making—particularly regarding pesticide use. These products undergo a rigorous registration process and are not only proven safe but are also indispensable to a reliable, productive, and affordable food supply.
To support this effort, a nationwide letter-writing campaign has been launched, making it easy for farmers to contact the White House and key Cabinet officials with just a few clicks. The letter emphasizes the safety and importance of crop protection tools while cautioning against undue restrictions that could threaten U.S. agriculture.
The campaign uses Voter Voice software to automatically direct messages based on ZIP code. Farmers provide basic contact information and can opt into future updates from CropLife America.
We urge you to share this Call to Action with your members, grower networks, and partners as soon as possible.
The stronger and more coordinated our response, the greater the impact we’ll have in shaping a science-driven outcome from the MAHA Commission.
Let’s ensure that farmers’ voices are not only heard—but prioritized.
Act now. Help protect the future of American agriculture.
