The Council of Producers & Distributors of Agrotechnology (CPDA) and 30 other agricultural stakeholders have signed on a letter of support to Jake Li, Deputy Assistant Administrator for pesticide programs in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, for the use of Drift Reduction Adjuvants (DRA) as a means to comply with the Endangered Species Act (ESA) regulations. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance environmental protection while supporting agricultural productivity. CPDA has previously engaged with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to advocate for workable protocols and programs that encourage industry participation in drift reduction strategies.
