PAC Prior Authorization

Per Federal Election Commission regulations, a corporate member company of CPDA must provide CPDA-PAC prior authorization to solicit or accept voluntary contributions from their eligible employees. Eligible employees are defined as executive and administrative personnel who are paid by salary, rather than on an hourly basis, and who have policymaking, managerial, professional, and supervisory responsibilities. A member company may not approve solicitations by another trade association for the same calendar year.
I grant CPDA-PAC permission to solicit the PAC-eligible employees during the calendar years authorized below, and I confirm that a similar prior approval has not been provided by my company to any other trade association for the calendar years designated below:
By providing Prior Authorization, you are in no way obligated to make a contribution to the PAC.
